2022 Real Estate Projections

After a crazy year in real estate, many are questioning if 2022 will follow the same pattern of low inventory, high home prices, and crazy bidding wars. Well, the experts have weighed in.

  • Mortgage rates are expected to continue rising but remain historically low compared to previous years.
  • Home prices are also expected to continue rising due to high buyer demand and low inventory
  • Home sales will have another big year.

With mortgage rates still at an all-time low and home prices rising, now is an opportune time to buy or sell a home. So start the new year off with a big move!

Introducing the Trenton!
