As a professional real estate agent, Kris’ charisma and knowledge about the current real estate market are what sets him apart from every other agent.

After working as a successful solo agent for three years, Kris decided to grow his business to not only help homeowners but other agents as well. Kris developed Sota Homes in 2018 and partnered with Price Homes to offer services for buyers, sellers, and those interested in new construction homes.

Kris’ entire business model has grown off of building and maintaining close relationships with former and current clients. He loves helping people achieve the joy that homeownership brings, and he is never too busy to answer a question or schedule a tour of a home.

When Kris isn’t working you can find him spending time with his wife and two daughters.
